Based at our Head Office in Solihull the IT team is always looking to invest in the latest technology to create an advantage for our business. The team is organised as follows:
Systems & support
Responsible for the business IT infrastructure and communications, the systems & support team is also the initial IT touch point for customers managing the Ei Group IT helpdesk.
Using Microsoft SharePoint as our core platform the digital team manages the development of our website and intranet, working towards our goal of offering all publicans, stakeholders and colleagues a unified digital touch point for all means of communicating and transacting.
We use Microsoft CRM to develop solutions to enable us to efficiently manage our core business processes, a key focus being to ensure compliance.
