By supporting our publicans to have the right offer in the right pub we will ensure we both have sustainable businesses – it's a partnership. We work with a diverse mix of pubs from typical community boozers to Michelin starred gastro pubs. If you thrive in an ever evolving market place and are service driven, this is the role for you.

Yes, we have to have tough conversations sometimes, but they are far outweighed by the positive business building activity that we strive to spend most of our time talking about.

How we do business

We are in partnership with all of our publicans. Their success drives ours, it's that simple! Our Regional Managers' number one business objective is spending quality time with our publicans supporting them in running great pubs.

How we work together

Our business can be complicated. We have a whole team of people at head office dedicated to ensuring that everything works like clockwork out in the field. We work as a whole team and are committed to ensuring that our values live and breathe in the business.

The must dos

We work in a legislative environment and there are certain parts of how we work that must be done within the law. That's where our head office comes in. With comprehensive training and never ending support, our Regional Managers  are always able to deliver within these requirements, however complicated.

What we look for

You have to be passionate about pubs and people! We value people who have real resilience and thrive in an ever changing market place. However, you do have to be structured in your approach; planning and admin will ensure you have quality time in the pubs – which as we've said is our number one objective. You will have full profit and loss responsibility for your part of the business, it's your business to drive forward. This is not a 9-5 job, you will need to be flexible in your hours of work – you have to experience your businesses when it's their key trading times.

It's a challenging marketplace, you need to be an operator at heart. However, with our support and training, seeing your pubs thrive is all the motivation you will need!
